Sam Milby and Anne Curtis will be reunited in the upcoming ABS-CBN soap Dyesebel. The actor is one of Anne’s leading men along with Gerald Anderson.
Though he would be working with his ex-girlfriend, Sam stressed that it would not be an issue since they have remained good friends. "We're both fine personally and working relationship wise, I’m very happy hanggang ngayon kasi to be working with her again and also the fact na ‘yung careernamin, marami kaming followers na hanggang ngayon daming supporters and I’m just happy to be able to give back through ‘yung mga projectsnamin together," he said.
Sam relayed that he would be playing the role of a siyokoy. He said he is thankful to be given the opportunity to star in a show which kids can watch. "I can’t make kwento about my character except the fact na siokoy ako, like kami ni Annemag-aaral ng swimming. For me siyempre New Year, to be part of the biggest teleserye for ABS-CBN and last time nakagawa na rin ako ng fantaserye which is Dyosa, siyempre mas malawak ‘yung matutunan and it’s a great thing to be part of a show na mapapanood ng mga bata so I’m really blessed to be part of this," he said.
Aside from Dyesebel, the Filipino-American actor would be doing other projects this year. "Sobrang ganda ang start nitong 2014 kasi siyempre may Dysebel na biggest teleserye for 2014 ng ABS-CBN. Ngayon meron pa akong dalawang movies na gagawin, may album na gagawin din and I’ll be doing concerts din later this year so sobrang happy," he said.
