Angel Locsin Admits It Was Hard For Her To Slap Maja Salvador

Award-winning actress Angel Locsin and Maja Salvador became trending topics on Twitter because of the slapping scene between them on ABS-CBN's neweste teleserye, "My Legal Wife," which is due to air soon.

But Angel said it was hard for her to slap Maja, who she considers as her little sister. Angel said she tries, as much as possible, to avoid doing scenes like that because she doesn't want to hurt her co-workers.

In the teleserye, Angel slapped Maja when the latter said Adrian (Jericho Rosales) is hers and hers alone.

As for Maja, she said viewers will sympathize with the roles all of them will be playing in the teleserye. She added that almost everyone will be able to see that the four main characters have struggles and sacrifices only they know.

All of us experience love, getting hurt and fighting back, Maja said.

Maja will play the role of Nicole, the mistress of Adrian, who is married to Monica (Angel). JC de Vera will also join the cast as Monica's lovelorn friend.

Aside from the four, "The Legal Wife" also stars Joem Bascon, Ahron Villena, Rio Locsin, Mark Gil and Christopher de Leon. It will be directed by Rory Quintos and Dado Lumibao.
