Not only is Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago being criticized for the allegations she hurled against his father, Paul Valencia Santiago, but she is now also being the subject of jokes because of her "before and after" photos.
The photos apparently showed Bea before and after going under the knife. Paul said in a statement, which was intended to dispute Bea's allegations against him, that the reason why the beauty queen turned icy towards him was because he refused to fund her plastic surgery procedure.
Paul also asked Bea for public apology because she said he abandoned her and her siblings when they were still little. Paul, a Masbate councilor, denied these allegations and said he was even the one to send Bea to Canada.
