Kris also said she never met with any GMA-7 officials, but is grateful to them for the coverage they gave to "My Little Bossings," the movie her son Bimby starred in with Vic Sotto and Ryzza Mae Dizon.
She also said she met with Manny Pangilinan, the owner of TV5 last October and December, but she never committed to anything.
Like all families, Kris said she and ABS-CBN had their "tampuhan" but everything seems to be settled now that she is finally able to sign a contract again. The actress-TV host did not specify how many years her new contract is.
Over the holiday season, her manager Deo Endrinal continued talks with the network while Kris was vacationing with Josh and Bimby in London.
Kris also thanked her best friend Boy Abunda for his "unwavering faith." Finally, she thanked the audience for their support on her and her shows. She also said she cannot imagine not working with Darla Sauler and the rest of the "Kris TV" staff and crew in any of her future shows.
Earlier, a columnist reported Kris is 90-percent sure to sign a contract with GMA-7. She is also reportedly offered the presidency of TV5 by MVP.
Kris went to London not only to take a vacation, but also to stay away from all the issues while she tries to decide responsibly. Whatever her decision is, Kris said it was based on what's good for her sons, Josh and Bimby.
She added that she will remain true to her promise to her mother, the late Corazon Aquino, about taking care of her sons, especially Josh, who has special needs.
