On New Year, Andi posted a photo of her and Jake on Instagram that seems to confirm rumors that they are back together.
When asked about it, Mayor Erap said "no comment." It is common knowledge that the mayor, especially his partner Laarni Enriquez, is not in favor of the relationship between Andi and Jake. That is the primary reason why the two broke up more than a year ago.
But now that the two are out in the open, Andi said it hurts her to think that the mayor is belittling and judging her. However, she said it is their right as parents to react the way they want to since they were the ones who took care of Jake.
Andi said she still respects Mayor Erap and Laarni. Also, she said she's ready to prove to them that she is worthy of Jake and that she truly loves him.
She is also not a bad person, so there's no reason for them to dislike her, the actress added.
Meanwhile, Andi still refused to confirm whether or not they are back in each other's arms. She said she never lied about loving Jake and caring for him.
When Jake is in the country, they always see each other and spend time together.
"Ayaw naman po naming ipilit ang mga bagay na hindi naman puwede. I’m always honest naman about my feelings for him naman, e."
