Cesar Montano And Rocco Nacino Had Real Fistfight Incident On Cast Party

Are Cesar Montano and Rocco Nacino having serious issues? The two actors were given the chance to work with each other in the recent GMA-7 primetime series ‘Akin Pa Rin ang Bukas’ wherein they played the roles of two men who were fighting for the love of leading lady Lovi Poe.

The show ended before New Year. But up to now, there are talks that Cesar and Rocco had a fighting incident during the cast party for the show. Rumors have it that Cesar hit Rocco in the face and that Rocco tried to use his martial arts skills in defense.

What could be the truth behind this? Well, sources confirm that the cast party really occurred in December 22. The party was held in Bellisimo in Quezon City, the restaurant owned and operated by Cesar. The cast and the staff of the show were present because it served not just as a farewell but also Christmas party.

Tired Cesar

Earlier that day, Cesar was part of Willie Revillame’s free show in Tacloban. From the flight, he went directly to the party. As it turned out, some of the people from the party decided to proceed to a bar in Makati City to get sober. Apparently, Cesar and Rocco were among them. The group went to a bar where midget boxing is the main regular attraction.

According to a witness, when the men turned drunk, Rocco challenged Cesar to a fistfight. The ‘sparring’ was intended to be fun. It seemed that Rocco just wanted to show off his fighting skills to everyone. But he challenged the wrong person.

Cesar agreed to take the challenge. As the real fight went on, Cesar actually hit Rocco in the face. That was the queue for Rocco to show off his martial arts and boxing skills. But he must not have expected that Cesar is also an expert in those.

Thus, Rocco was not able to get even in the challenge. Other people then abruptly proceeded to make the fight stop before it gets more serious. Witnesses assert that the two actors were just having fun as real men who decided to fight for the sake of fun and not for anything else.
